Do you want to carry out an Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship but you don’t know what is it? Do you want to apply for the call promoted by the Send Consortium but you don’t know how to do it?
The event takes place online onThursday 21th of Octoberat 3p.m. It is addressed to all the students enrolled at one of the Universities participating in the call promoted by SEND Consortium and who intend to carry out a traineeship abroad in the field of Social Innovation.
The project is funded by the European programme Erasmus+ _K1 mobility in higher education (Rif. progetto: 2020-1-IT02-KA103-078224). The mobility aim to carry out a traineeship in the field of Social Innovation in one of the participating countries in the Erasmus+ programme. Mobility can be physical, virtual or blended!
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Students regularly enrolled in the first, second or third cycle of study at one of the Italian Universities participating in this call for students.
DURATION OF MOBILITY
For students: minimum 60 days maximum 90 days
AIM OF THE MOBILITY

In the framework of Erasmus+“Universities for Eu projects” promoted by Send Mobility consortium is organized by SEND and ARCA Consortium the webinar “BRAND YOURSELF! Personal Branding strategies for work and Erasmus+ mobility” .
The event is addressed to all university students who intend to take a part in a Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship and to recent graduates who had past experience in mobility projects and now need to join the job market.
The webinar will deepen strategies and tools of personal branding. It is a strong European topic and fundamental activity to self promotion whether you are looking for a job or training opportunities. Creating your own “personal branding” is a relevant element that allows you to stand out among different candidates and impress recruiters, evaluators and employers.

Speakers biography
Sara Paolazzo: graduated in International Relations at University of Pavia. She is project manager and coordinator of mobility consortium at Send association. Since 2013, she has dealt with international mobility and European projects for Erasmus+ programme.
Monica Guizzardi: she deals with communication strategies in dynamic and innovative environments, enhancing institutional brands and accompanying young companies and spinoff on the market by using the methodology of coaching. For more than 10 years he has been working as head of Communication at the Consorzio ARCA, incubator of UNIPA companies, and is one of the founders of Scalo 5B.

STUDENTS BENEFICIARIES have full right to participate in the Erasmus + mobility project “Universities for Eu Projects” with grants, as provided by art. 3 of the selection calls.
The NOT ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES may decide to take part in the project without any financial support (ZERO GRANT), to renounce or to wait for a possible ranking scrolling which could assign them a grant at a later time.
To confirm the grant acceptance or make a renounce, it’s necessary to send an e-mail to mobility@sendsicilia.it, by 21st April 2021 , with the relevant acceptance – or renouncementform, which can be downloaded HERE in the attachments section.
The NOT suitable candidates will not have the possibility to participate in the project, as their application was found to be invalid or incomplete.
DURATION
From 2 to 3 months. It is possible extend the traineeship period, but the grant may not be guaranteed.
BLENDED AND VIRTUL MOBILITY
Beucause of the COVID-19 health emergency, the European Commission agreed on the eligibility of blended and virtual mobility. Anyway , the grant will be guaranteed only for the activites that will take place physically or virtually from the hosting country.

b. Linguistic Preparation (OLS)
The Erasmus + National Agency has enabled SEND to manage licenses for online linguistic preparation (Online Linguistic Support, OLS).
About 2 weeks before the start of mobility, the participant will get an e-mail from SEND with the link for the first language assessment test.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING MOBILITY?
a. Possibility of extension
If the participant, in agreement with the host organization, wishes to make further months of mobility and traineeship, he/she can request it. Any request for extension may be accepted, while the request for extra grant must be first approuved by SEND, which will undertake to allocate all the financial resources still available.
b.Intermediate evaluation test sent by SEND
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MOBILITY?
All participants will be required to provide SPECIFIC and COMPULSORY documentation in order to receive theBALANCE of the assigned grant.

DURATION OF MOBILITY: minimum 60 days – maximum 90 days
AIM OF THE CALL: the call aims to GRANT traineeship abroad in the filed of Social Innovation.

From today, aFORUMis available for all the users of SEND Mobility Platform. Thanks to this new functions it will be possible to ask your peers for advice, information and feedbacks on the various aspects of mobility for traineeship in the framework of the project “Universities for Eu projects”.
The FORUM is designed with the aim of facilitating the communication and sharing of information within this community, in order to better manage and organize your own mobility experience. It will also be a useful tool to get in touch with other Italian students, participating in the same project, who will carry out the internship in the same city or in the same hosting organizations.
For this purpose, the FORUM foresees three main topics:
Documents: issues relating to documents (eg Learning Agreement, Grant Agreement, visa, insurance etc …)
Hosting Organizations: questions regarding host entities such as suggestions on how to find an institution, feedback regarding a specific institution, etc.
To access this function, you must first log in to the SEND platform with your credentials. At this point under “Reserved Area” the item “Forum” will appear in the drop-down menu. By clicking on it you will be able to access the various sections described above, where it will be possible to send a request by clicking on “Add Topic” at the top right. To stay constantly updated and receive notifications on all or on a specific topic, simply click on “Subscribe for new topics” at the bottom left.
Do you have doubts about your mobility? Are you having difficulty finding accommodation? Do you want more information than the host organization? Or do you simply want to get in touch with other students who will have the same experience? The FORUM can be for you!
It is recommended to use this tool responsibly without creating alarms or hate speech phenomena!

The
call is addressed to the University staff and students of the I,
II, III cycle of study or recent graduates,
who have the eligible
criteria required in the official call.

list of the selected candidates will be pubblished in
DECEMBER 2019.
The
Call includes 2 mobility fluxes for students. Each mobility can last
min.
2 months max. 3 months.
For the 1st flux, students should have previously found a hosting organization and departures may start between 7th January and 29th February 2020 and they must end by May 30th 2020.
For the 2nd flux, students departures may occur between the 17th March 2020 and the 30th June 2020, and they must end by September 30th 2020.
Then the selected students of the 2nd flux have time till the 30th March 2020 to find an hosting organization. They can do it throught the access to the Reserved area of SEND Mobility Platform, where a list of organizations and traineeship offers are provided by the Consortium.
All
the European
countries participating
in the Erasmus+ program are eligible as destination for the mobility.
