SEND, in consortium with garagErasmus, Consorzio ARCA and the following Italian universities, (as sending institutions): Università di Roma Tor Vergata – Università di Cagliari– Università di Napoli Federico II – Università di Ferrara – Università di Parma – Università di Catania – Università di Padova – Università Politecnica delle Marche – Università di Palermo – Università degli Studi di Enna KORE – Università Cà Foscari di Venezia – Università di Pisa-, Università del Salento, Università di Macerata, Università degli Studi di Firenze, is looking for European public or private bodies, willing to bring on board Italian innovators!
Thanks to SEND Consortium, it is possible to host Italian university students or recent graduates of each study cicle to do a traineeship at your organization. Traineeship grants are funded by the European programm for Education, Training, Youth and Sport: Erasmus+.
On one side, hosting experience may give young students and recent graduates the chance to improve their skills and raise their empoyability; on the other side it may give your organization the chance to run into your innovators and invigorate your work environment with new ideas and fresh attitudes.
STEP TO BECOME A HOST ORGANIZATION
The first step is to Register on SEND Mobility Platform by describing your organization and the traineeship position/s you want to offer. You’ll be then contaced by the selected candidates and you’ll have the time see their Cvs, motivation letter and to fix with them an online interview. You may choose your candidate/s according to your and trainee/s’ needs and requirements.

THE ELIGIBLE CRITERIA?
The basic and fundamental criteria to become a host organization with SEND Consortium are:
- be a public and private organizations/enterprises/companies, Higher Education Institutions and Research Institutes officially registered in your country etc.. Agencies, bodies or institutions of the European Union are not eligible hosting organizations;
- be based in one of the 27 UE member states plus Island, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Norway, UK, Serbia;
- operate in the field of Social, Economic, Technical Innovation.
TIME AND DURATION
Traneeiship can last min. 2 months – max. 3 months with possbility of extention up to 12 months.
The Consortium normally open for each academic year2/3 calls for students and recent graduates. When candidates are looking for hosting organizations, registered organizations will receive an email as reminder!
All costs are covered by the project, included the insurence which covers accidents during the work and the travel and the liability to third parties.
Trainee will receive a montlhy Erasmus+ grant to cover part of the travel and subsistence costs during their mobility. The grant is compatible with any form of financial contributions provided by your hosting organization.
