In riferimento al Bando di selezione studenti “Universities for Innovation”, promosso dal Consorzio di Mobilità SEND nell’ambito del programma Erasmus+, si pubblica la graduatoria di idoneità per l’assegnazione dei 70 borse Erasmus Plus for Traineeship rivolte a studenti universitari degli Atenei consorziati e partecipanti al bando.

A fronte delle 306 candidature ricevute, coloro che sono risultati IDONEI ASSEGNATARI hanno pieno diritto di partecipazione al progetto di mobilità Erasmus+ “Universities for Innovation” con contributo finanziario così come previsto dall’art. 3 del bando di selezione. Per dare conferma di rinuncia o accettazione della borsa, gli assegnatari dovranno inviare a mobility@sendsicilia.it entro e non oltre il 20 dicembre 2025 il relativo modulo di ACCETTAZIONE o RINUNCIA, scaricabile in fondo a questa pagina.

IDONEI NON ASSEGNATARI – attesa scorrimento: sono idonei ma al momento non assegnatari di borsa per insufficienza di fondi. L’effettiva assegnazione della borsa è subordinata alla rinuncia da parte di altr* candidat* e in caso di parimerito sarà data la priorità a 1. chi ha già un ente ospitante, 2. chi ha l’ultima possibilità per partecipare al programma vista la laurea già conseguita o imminente, 3. chi non ha mai partecipato a Erasmus for traineeship. I/le candidat* idonei non assegnatari potranno comunque scegliere di effettuare la mobilità in modalità “zero grant”, ovvero senza contributo economico.

IDONEI NON ASSEGNATARI: candidat* idonei ma non assegnatari per altre ragioni esplicitate in graduatoria.

NON AMMISSIBILI: candidat* non ammessi a valutazione per documentazione incompleta o altre ragioni.

NON IDONEI: candidat* che non hanno raggiunto il punteggio minimo di 24 punti negli elementi di base fissato per l’idoneità.

QUANDO E’ POSSIBILE PARTIRE?

Le mobilità dovranno svolgersi perentoriamente tra il 1 FEBBRAIO e il 31 LUGLIO 2026. 

COSA FARE PRIMA DELLA PARTENZA?

1. Chi non ha ancora un ente ospitante dovrà identificarlo e farci avere la lettera di disponibilità entro sabato 28 febbraio 2026.
2. Scaricare la documentazione relativa ai singoli atenei (link nel regolamento di accettazione)
3. Compilare la documentazione pre-partenza:

• Il Learning Agreement for Traineeships (LAT) 
• Il Grant Agreement (GA)
• Documentazione integrativa (oltre a quanto sopra descritto, alcune Università possono richiedere l’invio di ulteriore documentazione)

N.B. Per la compilazione del GA e LAT leggere attentamente il file con le istruzioni alla compilazione contenuto nelle cartelle dei vari atenei.

With reference to the“Universities for Innovation” call for applications funded by the Erasmus + program and promoted by the SEND Mobility Consortium, the results for the Traineeship grants for students are now available.

GRANTED BENEFICIARIES have full right to participate in the Erasmus + mobility project “Universities for Innovation” with grants, as provided by art. 3 of the selection calls.

The NOT GRANTED BENEFICIARIES may decide to take part in the project without any financial support (ZERO GRANT), to renounce or to wait for a possible ranking scrolling which could assign them a grant at a later time.

NOT ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES haven’t any right to participate in the project, as their application has been found invalid or incomplete.

To confirm the grant acceptance or make a renounce, it’s necessary to send an e-mail to mobility@sendsicilia.it, by 12th MAY 2023, with the acceptance – or renouncement form, which can be downloaded  HERE in the attachments section.

The NOT suitable candidates will not have the possibility to participate in the project, as their application was found to be invalid or incomplete.

DURATION

From 2 to 3 months. It is possible extend the traineeship period, but the grant may not be guaranteed. The departure are eligible from the 30th December 2023. All the mobilty must end on 31st July 2024.

BLENDED MOBILITY

The European Commission agreed on the eligibility of blended and mobility. The E+ grant will be guaranteed only for the activites that will take place physically or virtually from the hosting country.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE DEPARTURE?

You need to download the documentation relating to your home University, which is available among the attachments at the bottom of this page.

Required documentation:   

• Learning Agreement for Traineeships (LAT) ; 
• Grant Agreement (GA) ;  
• Additional documentation (some Universities require the sending of further documentation, included in the relevant folder of your University)

N.B. Please read carefully the instructions, attached to the regulation, to complete the GA and LAT forms.

a. Preparation before departure:

Students may download in the “Library” section of the SEND Mobility Platform:

• information and guidance material on living and working in Europe,
• preparation material on Social Innovation
• guides for skills self-assessment .

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MOBILITY?

a. Possibility of extension

If the participant, in agreement with the host organization, wishes to make further months of mobility and traineeship, he/she can request it.
Any request for extension may be accepted, while the request for extra grant must be first approuved by SEND, which will undertake to allocate all the financial resources still available.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MOBILITY?

All participants will be required to provide SPECIFIC and COMPULSORY documentation in order to receive the BALANCE of the assigned grant.

ASSIGNED

In the framework of the Erasmus+ project  “UNIVERSITIES FOR INNOVATION”, managed and promoted by  Send Mobility Consortium, mobility grants for students for traineeship.

The project is funded by the European programme Erasmus+ _K1 mobility in higher education (Rif. progetto: 1-IT02-KA131-HED-000011202). The mobility aim to carry out a traineeship in the field of Social, Economic, Technical Innovation in one of the participating countries in the Erasmus+ programme. Mobility can be physical or blended! 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Students regularly enrolled in the first, second or third cycle of study at one of the Italian Universities participating in this call for students.

DURATION OF MOBILITY 

For students: minimum 60 days maximum 90 days

AIM OF THE MOBILITY

Eligible students may apply for a traineeship abroad aiming at developing professional skills, strategies and ideas triggering economic development and social changes of the target community. Visit SEND platform’s Library_Innovation and resgister to the INFOSSESSION to learn more about the call!

NEW!

Below some new features referred to in this call for particpants:

1. Mobility performed in blended mode (virtual + physical) remains eligible, but are NOT more eligible those performed totally in virtual mode.
2. The additional contribution for disadvantaged economic situation is added both to basic contribution and to internship contribution
3. It is possible to request an additional contribution of 50 euro for trip carried out by environmentally sustainable means of transportation
4. Mobility to the UK and Switzerland are eligible up to a maximum of 10% on the total number of grants awarded

b. Linguistic Preparation (OLS)

The Erasmus + National Agency has enabled SEND to manage licenses for online linguistic preparation (Online Linguistic Support, OLS).

About 2 weeks before the start of mobility, the participant will get an e-mail from SEND with the link for the first language assessment test.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING MOBILITY?

a. Possibility of extension

If the participant, in agreement with the host organization, wishes to make further months of mobility and traineeship, he/she can request it.
Any request for extension may be accepted, while the request for extra grant must be first approuved by SEND, which will undertake to allocate all the financial resources still available.

b.Intermediate evaluation test sent by SEND

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MOBILITY?

All participants will be required to provide SPECIFIC and COMPULSORY documentation in order to receive theBALANCE of the assigned grant.
