The Cultural Association "Transeúnte" functions as an inclusive collective space that welcomes people of all age groups, although its primary focus has shifted towards a vibrant network of local youth who find their creative "home" in Transeúnte.
Volunteers will participate in all aspects of managing the activities of an association, including planning and administrative work, project development and management, research, development and creation of shows and works, event and festival organization, promotion, technical assistance, teaching, and performances. Our goal is to create an environment where volunteers have the freedom to develop and implement their ideas, which helps teach responsibility and management skills. They are guided through the process by a manager or mentor who gives them the freedom to carry out their ideas while holding them accountable for their work. In our experience, this helps shape more responsible, independent, and satisfied cultural managers.
