Our organization works on the education training field meaning that we train people, teams and organizations on soft skills personal and professional development using NLP and non formal education Methods at the same time we work with entrepreneurship field and business mentoring program you funded projects where we develop learning platforms learning courses and other educational resources at the end organized educational events at local and international level

We look very seriously at our trainees and interns who come to learn in our company, preferably people who come for at least 3 months of internship and stay here for a full day. Although we are flexible with the prospects that are not able to come for a full-time or work a full day thus we offer part-time or remote internships although this is not our primal objective. Working hours are from 9:00 to 6:00 in the evening and we mostly value results for rather than work and that's why we have weekly meetings twice in a week to review our goals progress and to address the issues that we are having but each intern has it's manager and which helps him or her to move on with their tasks review their work and give feedback.
