No. It is possible to register your organization whenever you want. Anyway, if a call for participants is not opened, you may not receive any application from our candidates.
The Consortium normally open each academic year 2/3 calls for students and recent graduates. When candidates are looking for hosting organizations, you’ll receive an email as reminder to the address indicated in the form. The email will invite your contact person to look at your organization profile and update your traineeship position/s. To know if a call for participants is open you can see the section News of the Platform.
