Projects, coordinated by SEND Mobility Consortium, such as “Universities for Eu projects” and “Universities for Innovation”, aims to increase university students’ employability and self-entrepreneurship by offering quality and inclusive mobility for traineeship in the field of Social, Technical and Economical Innovation.
The Consortium usually grants for each accademic year around n. 180 traineeships abroad addressed to Higher Education students and recent graduates. Moreover, it involves more than n. 200 companies and organizations around Europe.
Both projects are financed by the Erasmus+ program_Mobility of Higher Education Students and Staff.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Students and recent graduates who are enrolled at the moment of their application in the first, second or third cycle of studies (bachelor degree, master degree, phd, first and second- level university master etc..) at one of the University member of the SEND Mobility Consortium.
Public and private organizations, large/small enterprises, companies, Higher Education Institutes and Research Institutes, located in one of the UE member states plus Island, Lichtestein, Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland and UK.
HOW TO JOIN THE PROJECTS?
Students and recent graduates can apply for a traineeship only when a call is opened by SEND Consortium. To know when a call is opened visit the section “News” of the platform; while to get further information about the mobility for traineeshi managed by the Consortium see the section “Library_Preparation”.
Hosting organizations can in any time express their interest in hosting an Italian trainee and offer traineeship positions by registering on SEND Mobility platform. The registration is mandatory in order to join the project (for further information see the section “Library_Host Organization” dedicated to the host organizations). After the registration, the organizations will be directly contacted by the candidates.
WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES PROVIDED BY THE PROJECT?
The project provides further activities for participants and hosting organizations, in order to garantee a quality and effective mobility experience:
- Easy matching between the participants and the host organizations
- Support in finding the right hosting organization and the right candidate/s
- Preparation before the beginning of the mobility
- Information & Support for students and host organizations before, during and after the mobility
- Training and Resources on Social, Technical and Economic Innovation
- Online Linguistic Support
- Competences self-assement and Personal Branding.
Most of these services are provided by SEND Mobility Platform!
WHAT ARE THE COSTS COVERED?
All costs are covered by the project. Participants are granted by “UNIVERSITIES FOR EU PROJECTS” funded by the ERASMUS + _Higher Education individual mobility programme. The Grant covers travel, subsistence and insurance costs for the whole duration of the mobility.
